What is required to make a booking?
For booking, we require 50% deposit, refundable up to 4 days before event date. Date change is possible subject to availability. Booking is possible via online bank transfers or by visiting our office in Al-Quoz.
You can choose from our free photo booth backdrops, or choose to order a customized backdrop.
Photo booth props are already included with the photo booth rental, and you can also let us know if you would like to order some more customized props specially made for your event.
What happens after I book?
After your booking confirmation, our graphic designer will contact you to discuss the design of the template. We will design your photo or video template for free.
What time do you come for set-up?
Normally we reach the venue an hour before start time. Set-up takes around half an hour. If you require us to set-up much earlier, then early set-up charges apply. Same goes with late pack-up charges.
Are there any early set up charges or late pack up fees?
Yes, if you would like us to set up more than 90 minutes before party start time, then early set up charges will apply.
Pack up takes place as soon as photo booth booking time finishes, and late pack up fees apply if you would like us to delay pack up by more than 30 minutes.
Will there be an attendant on duty to help our guests?
As photo booth is still new to the Middle East, there will be an attendant to assist the clients, keep the props arranged, and be present in case of any technical emergencies.
Our booth managers are highly trained to greet all your guests with a broad smile and amazing service.
What size are your photo print outs?
The photo print outs will be of size 4 x 6 inches.
How long does printing take?
Each photo takes less than 10 seconds to print after capture.
What are the space, venue, and power requirements for the photo booth set-up? Can it be set up outdoors?
Photo booth requires a minimum booth space of 10 feet by 10 feet. Height requirement will be a minimum 7 feet.
A power outlet should be within 10 metres of the photo booth.
Ground must be level.
We will also need a venue provided table for props.
If you have an outdoor venue, a suitable shelter from rain or wind may be required.
When will I receive all photos by email?
You will be sent a download link for all photos within 72 working hours after the event. If there is superfast internet at the venue, we can also send all photos at the event.
Is there any delivery fees?
For Dubai, there is AED 150 delivery charges. For Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Al Ain, the delivery charges are AED 300.

What are the covid-19 precautions that Party Monster is taking?
Party Monster operates within the guide lines issued by the UAE Government. All our staff are fully vaccinated.
Do you design the template for the photo booths for free?
Yes, we understand that each party is different from the other, and has different themes, different organizers and sponsors, different dates, etc. Hence once you choose from our ready-made templates, our graphic designer can customize the template as per your preference and requirements.
How long does your photo booth take to print the photos?
Our photo booths are equipped with the latest professional photo printers, and each print is printed in less than 7 seconds! That means you can print multiple photo prints of the same image several times without delaying the other party goers who are waiting in queue for their photos.
What kind of props do you bring to the photo booths?
As the best photo booth company in Dubai since 2018, we ensure that every part of the process is smooth and fun for our clients. Hence we provide multiple props, usually between 20 to 30 pieces, for our photo booths.
These props can include themed props, mostly made out of foam. Since covid, we have stopped bringing reusable and wearable props, and client is free to bring their own props as well.

The booking process is fairly simple. You can send us your selected photo booth and date to our WhatsApp 052 9070051, or e-mail at dubai@partymonster.ae
Next we will reply back with further details for the booking process and then send you payment link for the advance for the booking.
After the advance is paid, our graphic designer will be contacting you to discuss the template design.
On the event date, our team will deliver and set-up the photo booth anywhere between 3 hours to 1 hour before the event start time, depending on our schedule on the said day. You can request for early set-up or late pick-up for an additional charge if applicable.
How does the photo booth work at the event?
There will be a photo booth, a backdrop, and a table with props to choose from. Our attendant will be there continuously next to the photo booth to assist and guide the clients and to re-arrange the props after each use.

It is an female only party. Can I get a female attendant for my photo booth?
Yes. You have to request at the time of booking so we can ensure a female photo booth attendant is scheduled for your event, otherwise any male or female can be the photo booth attendant.
I don't want an attendant at my event as its a very private party. Is it possible to rent without attendant?
Sometimes clients tend to mistakenly mess with the software of hardware of the photo booth, which can result in the photo booth settings to be changed and not give the best results for the photo booth photos taken. But if you are interested in renting the photo booth without attendant, you can do so by requesting at the time of booking and in case of any technical issues, our team will be just a call away.
