Event Services
Balloon Decor, Photo Booth, Entertainment, Rentals & More
🗓️ Cancellation 15+ Days Before Event
Clients can cancel their booking without penalty and will receive a full refund. We believe in giving you peace of mind when planning your events well in advance.
⏰ Cancellation 14 Days or Less Before Event
A cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking cost will be charged, with the remaining 50% refunded only if 100% payment was made. This covers committed resources and preparation costs.
🚨 Cancellation Within 48 Hours of Event
No refunds will be issued, as materials and labor costs are already allocated. Our team will have begun final preparations for your event.

Balloon Orders
Including Delivery & Setup Services
✅ Cancellation 72+ Hours Before Delivery
Full refund will be provided. This gives us adequate time to reallocate resources and materials to other orders.
⚠️ Cancellation 48-72 Hours Before Delivery
A 50% cancellation fee will apply, and the remaining amount will be refunded. Materials may already be prepared for your order.
❌ Cancellation Within 24 Hours of Delivery
No refund will be given, as the preparation and delivery process will be underway. Our team will be en route or have completed setup preparations.
Customized Orders
Special Decor, Personalized Balloons, Custom Themes & Bespoke Items
🎯 Cancellation 15+ Days Before Event
Full refund for non-customized portions of the order. Customized elements may incur a partial fee for materials and labor already committed, subject to company discretion.
🚫 Cancellation Within 14 Days of Event
No refund for customized elements, as these are made to order specifically for your event and cannot be reused or resold to other clients.
🛠️ Why Different Terms for Custom Items?
Custom decorations, personalized balloons, and bespoke items are created specifically for your event with your chosen themes, colors, and specifications. These items cannot be repurposed for other clients.
Rescheduling Policy
Flexible Options for Changing Your Event Date
✨ Rescheduling 5+ Days Before Event
Rescheduling is allowed without penalty, subject to availability. We're happy to accommodate date changes when given adequate notice.
💰 Rescheduling Within 5 Days of Event
A rescheduling fee of 25% of the total booking amount will apply. This covers the administrative costs and resource reallocation required.
⏳ Rescheduling Within 48 Hours
Rescheduling within 48 hours of the event is not possible. Standard cancellation fees will apply as outlined above.
