Cancellation, refund and change of date policy
Party Monster Cancellation Policy
At Party Monster, we understand that plans can change. To ensure a smooth experience for both our clients and team, we’ve established the following cancellation policy:
1. Event Services (Balloon Decor, Photo Booth, Entertainment, Rentals, etc.)
• Cancellation 15 Days or More Before the Event: Clients can cancel their booking without penalty and will receive a full refund.
• Cancellation 14 Days or less Before the Event: A cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking cost will be charged, with the remaining 50% refunded only if 100% payment was made.
• Cancellation Within 48 Hours of the Event: No refunds will be issued, as materials and labor costs are already allocated.

2. Balloon Orders (Including Delivery)
• Cancellation 72 Hours or More Before Delivery: Full refund will be provided.
• Cancellation Within 48-72 Hours of Delivery: A 50% cancellation fee will apply, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
• Cancellation Within 24 Hours of Delivery: No refund will be given, as the preparation and delivery process will be underway.
3. Customized Orders (Special Decor, Personalized Balloons, etc.)
• Cancellation 15 Days or More Before the Event: Full refund for non-customized portions of the order. Customized elements may incur a partial fee for materials and labor already committed as per company's discretion.
• Cancellation Within 14 Days of the Event: No refund for customized elements, as these are made to order and cannot be reused.
4. Rescheduling Policy
• Rescheduling is allowed without penalty up to 5 days before the event, subject to availability. For rescheduling requests made within 5 days of the event, a fee of 25% of the total booking amount will apply.
• Rescheduling within 48 hours of the event is not possible, and cancellation fees will apply as outlined above.
5. Force Majeure
In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions), we will work with the client to reschedule or refund part of the payment based on incurred costs.
