HOW IT WORKS! 3 SIMPLE STEPS

Step 1. Guests select props from our wide variety of different themed props.

Step 2. Guests use the 32 inches big touchscreen to start the photo booth. You can choose between 1 to 4 photos per print out. Each print out is 4 x 6 inches in size. There will be instant print outs and guests can choose to make up to 9 additional printouts per photo. Guests can enter their email address to receive photos by email as well. All photos will also be sent as soft copies to the person who books the photo booth.

            1. Why do people love photo booths?

Photo booths bring out the kids in everyone. Making funny poses, with the help of props, and clicking memorable photos which are printed within seconds and also shared via email; who wouldn't love such a wonderful addition to your party? 

Photo booths give instant print outs of 4 x 6 inches which the clients can take home as a memorabilia.

           2. Who is photo booth for?

Photo booth rentals are for corporate events, graduation ceremonies, weddings, private parties, yacht parties, you name it. As long as you want the party to be fun filled and exciting, photo booth has a place for itself!

          3. What makes Party Monster photo booths so special?

Two reasons. First, we at Party Monster believe in quality at an affordable rate to our fellow party goers. After all, Partying is our Business.

Secondly, we have two different designs of very high quality photo booths. One being the magic mirror booth, and the other being our standard photo booth. We guarantee to provide the best photo booth service in the whole of Dubai and United Arab Emirates. So hurry and rent our photo booth for your next big event!

         4. What is required to make a booking?

For booking, we require 50% deposit, refundable up to 4 days before event date. Date change is possible subject to availability. Booking is possible via online bank transfers or by visiting our office in Al-Quoz. 

You can choose from our free photo booth backdrops, or choose to order a customized backdrop. 

Photo booth props are already included with the photo booth rental, and you can also let us know if you would like to order some more customized props specially made for your event. 

         5. What happens after I book?

After your booking confirmation, our graphic designer will contact you to discuss the design of the template.  

         6. What time do you come for set-up?

Normally we reach the venue an hour before start time. Set-up takes around half an hour. If you require us to set-up much earlier, then early set-up charges apply. Same goes with late pack-up charges. 

       7. Are there any early set up charges or late pack up fees?

Yes, if you would like us to set up more than 90 minutes before party start time, then early set up charges will apply. 

Pack up takes place as soon as photo booth booking time finishes, and late pack up fees apply if you would like us to delay pack up by more than 30 minutes.

       8. Will there be an attendant on duty to help our guests?

As photo booth is still new to the Middle East, there will be an attendant to assist the clients, keep the props arranged, and be present in case of any technical emergencies. 
Our booth managers are highly trained to greet all your guests with a broad smile and amazing service. 

      9. What size are your photo print outs? 

The photo print outs will be of size 4 x 6 inches.

     10. How long does printing take? 

Each photo takes around 10 seconds to print after capture. 

     11. What are the space, venue, and power requirements for the photo booth set-up? Can it be set up outdoors?

Photo booth requires a minimum booth space of  10 feet by 10 feet. Height requirement will be a minimum 7 feet.

A power outlet should be within 20 metres of the photo booth. 

Ground must be level.

We will also need a venue provided table for props. 

If you have an outdoor venue, a suitable shelter from rain or wind may be required.

      12. When will I receive all photos by email?

You will be sent a download link for all photos within 72 working hours after the event. 

      13. Is there any delivery fees? 

For Dubai, there is AED 150 delivery charges. For Abu Dhabi, it is AED 250, for Sharjah AED 200, and for all other cities it is AED 300.

      14. What events can I book the photo booth for?

The photo booth can be booked for any special occasion of your life. You can rent photo booth for wedding in Dubai, or for corporate parties, graduation ceremonies and product launches. You can also hire photo booth for prom, baby shower, bachelorette party, and our special photo booth for birthday parties. 

      15. What are the covid-19 precautions that Party Monster is taking? 

Party Monster operates within the guide lines issued by the UAE Government. All our staff are fully vaccinated. You can request for a PCR test of our attending staff by paying AED 150 extra per staff member attending. Also if the service required is in Abu Dhabi, an additional charge of AED 150 applies per staff member for the PCR test.

    16. Do you design the template for the photo booths for free?

Yes, we understand that each party is different from the other, and has different themes, different organizers and sponsors, different dates, etc. Hence once you choose from our ready-made templates, our graphic designer can customize the template as per your preference and requirements. 

    17. How long does your photo booth take to print the photos? 

Our photo booths are equipped with the latest professional photo printers, and each print is printed in less than 7 seconds! That means you can print multiple photo prints of the same image several times without delaying the other party goers who are waiting in queue for their photos. 

    18. What is the dimensions of the photo booth print outs? 

The dimensions of our photo booth print outs is 5 x 7 inches. This the typical photo printing size and you can easily find photo frames of this size every where. When you book the photo booth with us, you can customize and design the template of the printout keep the prints horizontal 5 x 7 inches, or vertical 5 x 7 inches. 

    19. What kind of props do you bring to the photo booths?

As the best photo booth company in Dubai since 2018, we ensure  that every part of the process is smooth and fun for our clients. Hence we provide multiple props, usually between 20 to 30 pieces, for our photo booths. 

These props can include themed props, paper props, head gears such as pirate hats, funky hats, necklaces, fake weapons such as swords and guns, and other interesting items to spice up the photos. 

If you would like a customized prop, then you can contact us and for an additional charge we can get that made for you.

    20. Everything looks great with your shop and it seems you are the most professional and knowledgeable in this field. How to book photo booth with Party Monster for Dubai or other Emirates? 

The booking process is fairly simple. You can send us your selected photo booth and date to our WhatsApp 052 9070051, or e-mail at dubai@partymonster.ae

Next we will reply back with further details for the booking process and then send you payment link for the advance for the booking. 

After the advance is paid, our graphic designer will be contacting you to discuss the template design. 

On the event date, our team will deliver and set-up the photo booth anywhere between 3 hours to 1 hour before the event start time, depending on our schedule on the said day. You can request for early set-up or late pick-up for an additional charge if applicable. 

 

    21. How does the photo booth work at the event?

There will be a photo booth, a backdrop, and a table with props to choose from. Our attendant will be there continuously next to the photo booth to assist and guide the clients and to re-arrange the props after each use.

22. It is an female only party. Can I get a female attendant for my photo booth?

Yes. You have to request at the time of booking so we can ensure a female photo booth attendant is scheduled for your event, otherwise any male or female can be the photo booth attendant.

23. I don't want an attendant at my event as its a very private party. Is it possible to rent without attendant? 

Sometimes clients tend to mistakenly mess with the software of hardware of the photo booth, which can result in the photo booth settings to be changed and not give the best results for the photo booth photos taken. But if you are interested in renting the photo booth without attendant, you can do so by requesting at the time of booking and in case of any technical issues, our team will be just a call away.
